Vision & Mission

Where we intend to go, and why

The vision states the destination. The mission states the reason. The seven commitments at the foot of the page are the part you can hold us to — each with its evidence and a numbered procedure.

Vision

To become the leading brand supplying organic inputs in Vietnam.

Walking with smallholders and cooperatives towards an agriculture that is sustainable, safe and self-reliant in its supply.

Mission

To supply high-quality organic inputs through direct distribution and second-tier dealers, answering the grower's real worries: risk, cost, and the dissatisfaction of conventional practice.

Positioning for 2030

Positioning for 2030

Leading the new-generation organics market in Vietnam

Leading on technology, product and service capacity alike, and acting as the strategic link in the green value chain — from the growing region to the export standard.

Positioning for 2030

Delivering the 2030 targets

Reaching one million tonnes a year, running the plants at full capacity, and professionalising the workforce end to end.

  • Vietnamese soil, Vietnamese growers, Vietnamese produce

We exist for a reason larger than selling fertiliser: to serve Vietnamese agriculture sustainably and responsibly.

  • A solution from the roots, built to last

Dai Viet does not only make fertiliser; it brings a complete system that lets growers improve their inputs in order to lift their output — in both yield and value.

  • The measure is the harvest, not the bag

Our mission does not live in a single bag, but in every strong harvest, every grower farming with confidence, and every Vietnamese crop that meets the world's standards.

Brand pledges

The seven commitments behind the slogan100% genuine goods, genuine quality.

Each commitment below is tied to a piece of control evidence and a numbered procedure in the operations handbook. That is the difference between a promise and something you can hold us to.

Genuine goods

  1. 01

Only products whose licence is still valid

    Evidence

A product licence register reviewed monthly, with a six-month warning before any circulation decision or conformity certificate expires.

    Procedure QT-BGĐ-05

  2. 02

Every bag traces back to its production batch

    Evidence

Each bag carries a batch number and production date; a COA is filed per batch and a ledger records which batch went to which distributor.

    Procedure QT-MKT-07 · QT-MKT-05

  3. 03

Labels match the filing, with an anti-counterfeit mark

    Evidence

Label artwork is checked against the published filing before it goes to print, with a security seal and QR code on the bag.

    Procedure QT-BGĐ-05

Genuine quality

  1. 04

The declared analysis, in a bag that holds

    Evidence

A COA per batch, spot checks on retained samples, and bag-damage rate tracked as a quality figure rather than a warehouse nuisance.

    Procedure QT-MKT-07

  2. 05

    Performance proven in the field

    Evidence

Demonstration plots and field seminars with before-and-after records, run with growers on their own land.

    Procedure QT-MKT-03

How we behave

  1. 06

One price and one policy per region

    Evidence

Price lists, discounts and volume bonuses issued in writing for the whole region. No undercutting, no private rates.

    Procedure QT-KD-03

  2. 07

Complaints answered within 24 working hours

    Evidence

A complaints register covering every case, a conclusion within seven days, and a corrective-action report on the 8D form.

    Procedure QT-MKT-05 · QT-BGĐ-04

The latest review of the product register confirms that the circulation decisions and conformity certificates for every group on sale remain in force.

And the promises made to the buyer?

The seven above are how the operations handbook binds the company internally. What is promised to the buyer — six commitments, five service principles and four guarantees on every batch — sits on the Quality commitments page.
